The launch of the Arab Forum for Women’s Health next Saturday, in the presence of the Ministers of Solidarity and Planning

On Saturday and Sunday, Cairo will host the Arab Forum for Women’s Health, femi health arab for, which will be held by the Egyptian Society for Cervical Endoscopy in cooperation with the Arab Organization for Administrative Development of the League of Arab States, and in the presence of Dr. Nevin Kabbaj, Minister of Social Solidarity, and Dr. Hala Al-Saeed, Minister of Planning and Follow-up. and Administrative Reform, Dr. Ahmed Morsi, Executive Director of the Presidential Initiative, Dr. Haifa Abu-Ghazaleh, Assistant Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, and Ambassador Nasser Al-Qahtani, Director-General of the Arab Organization for Administrative Development.
Dr. Mohamed Ezz Al-Arab, President of the Egyptian Society of Cervical Endoscopy, said that the forum is held under the slogan “Women and Cancer… From Prevention to Recovery.” It aims to shed light on cancers that threaten women’s health, especially breast cancer and the reproductive system, such as cervical, ovarian and uterine cancer. As well as raising the level of health awareness among Arab women to avoid the most common cancer diseases among women, and methods of prevention and early detection.
Ezz Al-Arab added that the forum includes 5 axes, represented in discussing breast cancer, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, plastic surgery and female plastic surgery, the role of international institutions and joint Arab action organizations in supporting women’s health, and discussing the role of medical institutions and the private sector in supporting women’s health. He pointed out that the forum allows people of determination who are deaf and dumb to attend and interact with the sessions of the forum by providing translation for them, in line with the state’s directives to support people of determination.
It is scheduled to participate in the forum a number of official bodies and organizations, senior doctors, artists and public figures, including Dr. Hamdi Abdel-Azim, Professor of Oncology at Kasr Al-Aini and Chairman of the National Committee for the Presidential Initiative for Women’s Health, Dr. Abdel-Rahman Al-Qari, Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the artist Dalia Al-Buhairi, Dr. Rania Alwani, Executive Director of the Society, and Dr. Raafat Youssef, Professor of Management Science at the Naval Academy.
